To Update Your Address, Phone Number or Employer

1. Log in to Certemy.  https://nbpa.certemy.com/entry/login
2. Click on your name in the top right corner.
3. Select Profile Fields.
4. Highlight and delete the information you want to change.
5. Update your Mailing Address, Phone, Employer, or any other fields.
6. Hit the Tab button to the next field.
7. Your updates will automatically save.

To Update Your Email Address

1. Log in to Certemy.  https://nbpa.certemy.com/entry/login
2. Click on your name in the top right corner.
3. Select Personal Information.
4. Click on Change Primary Email.
5. Update your Email Address.
6. Enter your password to confirm the changes.
7. Click the Submit button.
